Description/Blazon
A silver color and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height, consisting of a stylized red polestar with a blue border, surmounted by a silver eagle wings displayed and grasping a silver laurel branch.

Symbolism
Red, white (silver) and blue are our National colors. Red is emblematic of courage and action, blue reflects devotion to duty and white is for integrity. The eagle, adapted from our National seal, symbolizes power and vigilance. The stylized polestar alludes to guidance and leadership while its four points represent support, strength, honor and commitment. The laurel wreath embodies honor and achievement.
